When Ambition Meets Execution

CPC and SENEC developed a project plan for integrating global subsidies in a unified ERP system to enable IFRS- and "HGB-compliant” reporting to the parent company. The agile approach was rolled out for four subsidies to phase out existing legacy tools and migrate them to a fully integrated ERP system, integrating warehouse management (WMS), accounting, controlling and sales. The complete integration of the converged solution, including the connection with existing high-performance applications, was achieved within 12 months. Leveraging automatic invoice reconciliation and fully automated workflows.

The valuable Difference

Next-generation Workflow Automation

The new ERP enabled higher throughput, less workforce and better quality for the subsidies. The reporting cycle times were reduced, and the data quality was optimized. Scaling business with fully digital warehouse management, including easy scan-in and out operations, shortened the cycle times significantly.
